Bumper sticker of the year...
"To err is human, to blame others shows management potential"
I love it. ![]()

My kitty is a true Southern Belle
This is Mazy. She has recently discovered that she likes sweet iced tea... a lot! Anytime Rob sets down a glass full of tea here comes Mazy! First she must gently sample the goods by politely dipping her paw in and having a taste, as you can see below. Once she has verified the contents down she goes!
One might think that this would explain her expanding waistline but Rob uses artificial sweetener...

A new and unexpected obsession for me... Bowling
Rob and I have been bowling a lot lately. I'm one step away from being a complete newbie so I absolutely sucked the first few times we've played. In an attempt to help me be more consistent we sprung for a new ball and my own bowling shoes Friday night. Of course, I knew this wouldn't make me a better bowler but it has allowed me get used to one ball that actually fits my hand correctly, rather than the "one-size-fits-most" house bowling balls. After just 3 days of bowling it must be working somewhat because I finally broke 100 today!! (120 to be exact) Yes, I know this still sucks, especially compared to Rob's 200, but it's incredible for me!! (I won't embarrass myself by posting my old scores so you'll just have to trust me on this.) Oh, and before anyone points out that I can't spell, Rob's nickname is "Skippy" and mine is "Amester", hence the "SKI" and "AME" that you see below.
Of course, I can never pass up the opportunity
to use a gadget so as we played I snagged a few videos. I mostly wanted to
watch them later in an attempt to see what I was doing wrong. Out of pure
luck I
actually snagged a video of myself getting a strike!
I used the tiny Philips Key019 again so the
video quality sucks but it's better than nothing.
After 3 days in a row of bowling we are both terribly sore and I'm aching in muscles I didn't know I had. You won't hear me complaining too much though because we've had a blast.
