About Me
Hi, I'm pixelbrat and I run the show here. My husband, Rob and I live in the mountains of North Georgia. We share our home with 4 kitties named Mazy, Emma, Wasabi and Luna. By day I'm a computer geek working in the I.T. department for a large insurance company. We have no children but our 4 cats keep us company and suit our busy lifestyles.
In my spare time I'm an artist who can’t quite make up her mind how she wants
to express herself. One of my favorite ways is digital photography. I also enjoy
drawing, painting, sculpture, wood carving and graphic art work. To make some
extra money I began shooting stock photography in February of 2006. You can view some of my stock photography by clicking here
and some of my other photography and artwork here.
Some would say I have some very unusual interests/hobbies for a female. I guess
you could say that I never grew out of being a tomboy. I owned an ATV for a
couple of years but eventually sold it because I hated riding alone. (I couldn't
convince the hubby to get one) I longed for a motorcycle but hubby didn't seem
too interested at first. In May of 2005 my dream finally came true. We took and
passed the MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) course and bought motorcycles,
fulfilling a long-time dream of mine to learn to ride. My hubby got a Victory
Vegas and I got an 8-Ball. (pictured above) When I started riding motorcycles I also decided to
create a cool lady biker logo design for t-shirts, stickers and such. I
opened up a Cafépress store in 2005 where I sell unique shirts, hats, mugs, and other
stuff featuring my lady biker logo. My store is called Motogear_4_Her
and you can visit it by clicking here.
I am an incurable gadget freak!! Gadget Lust is an
uncontrollable compulsion that only the most fanatical gadget lovers can
understand. I'm notorious for getting bored with a gadget, selling it on eBay,
then buying something else to feed my habit. Yes, I am seeking treatment for my
affliction but it doesn’t look good at this point.
If you are still awake after reading all this fluff then I applaud you. If you
have some bizarre fascination with odd and eccentric people like myself you
are definitely in the right place. (You poor soul, you.) If you'd like to
contact me you can use the email link at the top of this page.
Cheers!
